All our actions are defined by our intentions.

When we start our day by setting a conscious intention, we learn to focus our attention and bring greater awareness to our everyday experiences. Our intentions keep us going in the direction we truly mean to go. Intention brings our everyday thoughts and actions into closer alignment with our goals.

It’s important to create intentions from your soul rather than from your ego. Intention lifts you up and inspires you. It creates beautiful thoughts, loving actions and kind speech. It connects you to your core values.

Ask yourself: “What is it that I value deeply?”

Our intention sets the tone for whatever we are about to do. It can influence our mood, thoughts, and feelings. 
By beginning every day by setting an intention, you set the tone for the day. You use your day in a way that is in tune with your deeper values.

Intention

The class is designed to encourage you to let go of any distractions and embrace the present moment fully, allowing your intention to guide you towards a more meaningful and purposeful practice. As you move through the asanas,  focus on aligning your physical movements with your chosen intention.

Through mindful breathing and deliberate movement, you will learn to infuse each posture with purpose. You’ll be ready to carry your intention with you throughout your day, nurturing a profound sense of presence and mindfulness.

Ultimately, the practice of setting an intention fosters a profound sense of self-discovery and personal growth, empowering us to live with purpose, authenticity, and fulfillment.
