I know that slowing down can be scary. But if you allow yourself to move at more deliberate pace you will become more present in the moment which will allow you to accomplish even more than you thought possible.

Plus, so many beautiful moments got blurred by speed.

So, I invite you to drop everything and come to your mat as you are. You don’t need to slip into your yoga clothes. What you need is a pillow, a blanket, and a block. We’re going to chill out together.

This class is designed to help you tune in to your body, connect with yourself, and find a sense of peace. It’s your time to sense the stillness, the fullness and beauty of the moment.

Joy is a choice. There is so much joy in slowing down. When you take it slow you create space for magic to happen, for life to unfold at its own pace.

Only when we slow down and tune into our bodies, we get an opportunity to discover ourselves inside, clear the beliefs that take us away from our true self. We get to know ourselves better and learn to savour the little moments.

Let slowing down permeate every aspect of your life, from savouring your meals to interacting with your loved ones. I guarantee you will be able to accomplish even more than you thought possible. The truth is, we never lack time we just choose not to do certain things.
