This class is all about moving organically which means exploring sensations in your body, being present in transitions and following your bliss. Observe your thoughts, tune into your moment-to-moment awarness. 

Salut The Sun

Celebrate the new day by saluting the Sun and with a beautiful smile on your face. 

In this class I will guide you through 3 different Sun Salutations with some modifications. Sun Salutation is a wonderful way to start your morning off right. It builds heat, improves balance and circulation, and increases overall body strength. 

Choose to Shine

"When you can't find the sunshine, be the sunshine?"

Waking up with a simple yoga practice is a great way to start off the day! In this morning flow, you’ll practice Three-part breath, then stretch your upper body, and finish with a standing flow to infuse your body with energy. 

Shoulder Routine

The neck and upper back area hold a lot of tension. This class focuses on releasing any tension or tightness in the upper body. Regular stretching can prevent the shoulders from becoming tight in the first place.

Feel-Good Flow

 Sing like the birds sing, not worrying about who hears or what they think.

This is a full-body stretch class designed to clear your mind and get moving on the mat. It will open your entire body and release blocked energy in your muscles and joints. 

Gratitude Flow

"Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for happiness."

This class is all about feeling and expressing gratitude while moving on the mat. You will immerse yourself in energizing poses while finding gratitude for most basic gifts of life.

Reset

Every day has a reset button. It's called yogation.

This is a gentle yoga class that will melt tension away, reset your mind,and settle your body. You will use your breath as a tool to quiet your mind, and refocus your attention and energy. We start with a breath practice called Sama Vritti (equal ration breathing), then move through some delicious hip-openers, and finish with a good-feel twist.
