Yoga gave me effective tools to navigate through life challenges with more lightness and flexibility. My mat became my personal retreat to slow down and restore.

Through mindful movements I developed a sense of curiosity about my body and its movement. That’s how I also developed a habit of approaching life in the spirit of adventure and discovery.

Meditation and Breathwork taught me how to be with myself, to allow myself to feel what I feel, to release resistance and embrace myself as I am.
