I believe that the way we start our day sets the tone for everything that follows. I like to infuse my mornings with gratitude, mindful movements, and clear intention. These rituals allow me to choose the tone of my day.

My morning ritual I’m sharing with you is not just about yoga; it’s about embracing the potential of each new day and living it to the fullest. By incorporating mindfulness and intentional movements, you’ll be better equipped to face the day’s challenges with calm and resilience. 

When you get stressed and distracted during the day, you can take a little pause to breathe consciously for 60 seconds, come back to your intention, and find something to be grateful for. These little moments of mindfulness will get you back on track quickly.
