Honey Coated Nuts
This simple snack is crunchy, sweet and salty.
So, take a sit on your cosy terrace, open a bottle of champagne, and enjoy this healthy, yet savoury snack.

Ingredients
- 440g (3cups) mixed nuts
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
Spices:
- ½ teaspoon garam masala (Indian spice blend)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1 teaspoon dried shallots
To Make
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a bowl mix honey with spices. Add nuts and stir well so that all nuts get coated.
- Spread the nuts evenly in a baking pan lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
