Green Smoothie is a perfect way to sneak more leafy vegetables into your diet. This creamy green smoothie is my favourite breakfast smoothie.Â

- big handful of kale, chopped
- 3 dried apricots, chopped
- 1 medium banana
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 pear, peeled
- 2 Brazil nuts, chopped
- 240 ml (1 cup) almond milk
- 3 ice cubes

To Make
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend to a smooth and creamy consistency.
- If smoothie is too thick, add more milk to thin.
- Enjoy!

- You can use any plant-based milk.
