Ingredients
- 1L plant-based milk of your choice (soy, cashew, oat…)
- 1 vanilla bean (1 tablespoon vanilla extract)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup, more or less to your taste
- 6 tablespoons pumpkin purée
Optional: 120 ml strong (caffeine free) coffee
Spice mix:
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ⅛ ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground all spice
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
To Make
- To a small saucepan, add milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla bean, maple syrup and spice mix. Whisk together.
- Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add coffee and whisk until smooth (optional)
- Pour into glass jars and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Drink warm.
