Pumpkin Spice Latte

This Pampkin Spice Latte recipe is diary free, simple to make, healthier than a regular one and still delicious.

What makes this recipe special is a teamwork. It was made by 4 amazing women who met up on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Each of them added her own touch to the recipe.

Take 5 Slow, Deep And Purposeful Breaths, Smile To Yourself. Set An Intention For The Meal.

Ingredients

  • 1L plant-based milk of your choice (soy, cashew, oat…)
  • 1 vanilla bean (1 tablespoon vanilla extract)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup, more or less to your taste
  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin purée

Optional: 120 ml strong (caffeine free) coffee

Spice mix:

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground all spice
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg

To Make

  • To a small saucepan, add milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla bean, maple syrup and spice mix. Whisk together.
  • Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add coffee and whisk until smooth (optional)
  • Pour into glass jars and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Drink warm.

Note

  • Be playful, add your own touch to it 🙂
  • Adjust flavours to your liking.
