This bedtime yoga ritual is designed to gently transition you from the busyness of your day into a state of relaxation, preparing you for a restful night’s sleep. We will focus on soft, gentle movements, deep stretches and mindful breathing to ease away any lingering stress and tension.

We’ll finish with a long, restful Savasana, reflecting on the delights of our day.
