I am a yoga and meditation teacher, nature lover, and adventurer.

For me, meditation is not just a practice; it’s a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Through meditation, I’ve learned the art of simply being. Being present in my body, feeling the sensations of each breath, each movement, with a sense of wonder and appreciation.
